The killing moon?
October 17th, 2005 by Bill
I was going to go on a rant about the darkening days and so on but Meme beat me to it over at Girlspoke. So I whined on their blog instead.
Still … yesterday the moon was 99.5% full (so one site says). And yesterday … yesterday was such a buggered up day. I woke up way late. Managed to do nothing of merit all day - which is okay every so often but it leaves you feeling blah.
In fact, yesterday I kept deciding I’d do something then, as I was about to, I’d wander back to my computer and troll through some blogs.
Anyway … next thing I know it’s 4:00 a.m. And I think, tomorrow (which was actually today by that time) I’m gonna feel like crap at work. Which I did. And sort of still do, though not so much as earlier.
So … end result? This post. It’s a nothing post about … well, nothing.
(This is a time of year I could really do without. I wanna run away. I wanna go here, Sao Tome. And I just realized I didn’t draw a connection between the non-day I had yesterday and the full moon. To be brief, full moons screw me up. Whatever rhythms I’ve got going on inside get all out of whack. And this is about the fifth time I’ve edited this idiotic post because of typos etc. That’s been my day today.)
