My new shades arrived today. And I can actually see.
It’s like this … despite the insect look, which all sunglasses provide (for some reason, that’s the thing with shades - to make people look like insects), these are prescription and that means when I use them I can see. Really.
As someone who doesn’t like contacts, and who has been wearing glasses all his life, when it comes to a new set, be they regular glasses or prescription sunglasses, fashion takes a back to seat to practicality. I want to see. I want them to stay on my head. And if they look good - that’s agreeable too.
Anyway … I like ‘em. But we’ll see what I think next week.
By the way, I have a new friend.
