Adapting, slowly, but adapting
August 3rd, 2007 by Bill
As mentioned in the post below, Molly Bloom has arrived home. And she is adapting to a more normal lifestyle (if living here with me can be called normal).
She has rediscovered her energy and bowels so I am being put through my paces, so to speak.
It’s a bit unnerving though. As I tap this out on the keyboard she’s curled up on the floor beside me and looking up at me. I feel like I’m under constant scrutiny.
Other than Molly … Well, I may have bought an investment property in Saint John with some friends.
I can’t believe I’m writing that. Investment property? Who the hell have I become? It’s like aliens have replaced me with a doppleganger who has a house, yard, dog and … and … an investment property?
“These are the days of miracle and wonder …”

Oh, that is wonderful, Bill!! I am very happy for you!!
On the other hand I will be relocating to central Europe in August next year. I will probably be in touch with you about that.
Tell me how is your Molly Bloom :))
I’ll probably write quite a few posts about how Molly is and in the process become one of those annoying people who writes endless dog posts … until it’s out of my system. As for Molly, she’s good. Her past is unclear but we suspect it was not good. She’s quite timid and submissive but seems to be slowly getting over that now that’s she’s in a more stable environment. And now that she knows she has someone she can push around.
Central Europe? Now that’s quite a relocation!
She is the coolest thing ever. And I formally request more dog posts. And pictures. Immediately.
You’re my first updated link! MWUAH!
