So the snow that had fallen earlier in the week vanished quickly yesterday as the hours passed and the temperature rose. By evening, it was fairly warm and the air was heavy with moisture - the sky wanted to rain (which it eventually did).

The sun is shining and the birds are chirping. I awoke at 8:00 am and didn’t care for the thought of rising and the next thing I knew it was 10:30. Funny how that happens.
